We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must still meet the return conditions above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
